Giving clarity to the Arquer brand and communications

Arquer Diagnostics is a private, UK-based diagnostics company focused on the development and commercialisation of non-invasive immunoassay diagnostic tests for cancer diagnosis and monitoring.

The brief:

  • Create a refreshed brand style with more impact and a focus on key messaging. 
  • Develop a product naming strategy and packaging concepts.

Hippo’s solution:

  • We simplified the logotype and created a design framework to ensure key messaging is clear and consistent.
  • A new photography style was developed; lifestyle to bring a human element to the brand and scientific to illustrate the sector. 
  • We created a series of bespoke clinical images using 3D renders of the human body to visualize the targeting of specific organs.
  • We designed a product naming structure that can be consistently applied as new products are developed.

Outcomes:

  • A comprehensive brand book.
  • Product branding and packaging using the bespoke clinical imagery. 
  • A bespoke exhibition stand and presentation to launch their first product at SIU in Lisbon.
  • A range of printed collateral.
